At The Village on Lee, exceeding resident expectations is our goal
every day, in everything we do. We believe that a resident's life with
us should be an extension of the lifestyle he or she enjoyed previously,
enhanced with our premier service and support.

The Village on Lee was specifically designed and is managed for
seniors adults who either can no longer live alone, do not want to
live alone or who require some assistance with the activities of daily
living. We are committedto operating a service community that
provides our residents with a lifestyle that truly enhances the quality
of their lives.
We are dedicated to exceeding expectations every day by emphasizing
these principles of service: Promoting Independence, Dignity, Privacy,
Safety and Comfort.
We go the extra mile every day to make life a truly rewarding and
comfortable experience for each resident. Our staff has a sense of
pride and genuine interest in serving seniors. Staff members are
chosen very carefully for their friendly, caring
disposition.

Levels of Care
At The Village on Lee, we recognize that individuals have different
needs. Rather than put a resident into a cookie cutter plan of service,
we tailor care plans to suite each individual.
Each resident is assessed periodically to determine if his or her
needs are being met or if new services need to be provided for
that resident.

Activities
Living at "The Village" provides the perfect opportunity to enjoy
life to its fullest. All of our activities are formatted to accommodate
our residents' vision, hearing and memory abilities.
We encourage our residents to enhance their current skills and
cultivate new interests.
Our year-round social, recreational and educational activities
are designed for personal and group development.
Some of our activities are: sight seeing outings, small group
studies, musical events, guest speakers,shopping outings,
educational seminars, birthday celebrations, exercise programs,
religious gatherings, games and parties.
